Shannon Ayers, CPA, is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Sign In Solutions and oversees the finance, human resources, legal and compliance functions while leveraging his vast start-up experience to operationalize the global back-office. Shannon serves as a partner to the CEO and is responsible for communicating business performance to the Board of Directors. His goal is to provide leadership and vision to optimize the global strategy for future growth, both short-term and long-term, empowering Sign In Solutions to be a vertical leader.
Shannon previously worked as the CFO of Stratifyd, Inc., the leading experience analytics platform serving Fortune 1500 companies globally. Prior to that, he was the EVP of Finance for PrecisionLender, a banking pricing and profitability platform. Shannon helped lead a successful exit of PrecisionLender to Q2 Holdings (QTWO) in 2019.
Shannon attended Appalachian State University, where he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. After joining BDO Seidman as a field auditor, Shannon earned his Master's of Accountancy from the University of North Carolina – Charlotte and later his CPA license.
