Sign In Solutions Announces Fifth and Sixth Acquisitions

Acquires SCR Tracker and 10to8, leaders in cloud-based education compliance and appointment scheduling

Thursday 26th January 2023

St. Petersburg, FL, January 26th, 2023: Sign In Solutions, a global provider of cloud-based visitor management and risk mitigation software, today announced the completion of its fifth and sixth acquisitions in just eighteen months. Backed by PSG, a leading growth equity firm that partners with software and technology-enabled services companies to help accelerate their growth, Sign In Solutions aims to equip organizations with the tools they need to provide a more secure, seamless and confident workplace for everyone.

This announcement comes soon after Sign In Solutions released news of the acquisitions of ThreatSwitch and Pronestor, specialists in cloud-based compliance, approvals and workspace management back in October 2022.

SCR Tracker and 10to8, both founded in the United Kingdom, are among the leaders in cloud-based education compliance, scheduling and appointment management. These strategic acquisitions will complement the company’s core visitor management platforms, Sign In App and Sign In Enterprise, building on their VM 2.0 vision – of the next generation of workplace solutions covering critical areas within the visitor management market.

“The additional acquisitions of these two great platforms into the Sign In Solutions’ suite of products, helps us get ever closer to our VM 2.0 vision. We are committed to empowering organizations of all sizes to help them mitigate risk, optimize employee engagement and welcome visitors efficiently," said Dave Brown, President of Sign In Solutions. "Visitor management continues to evolve at a rapid rate; we are listening to our customers, and they are requesting tools and insights to support them in the ever-changing workspace.”

Deployed in over 17,000 organizations around the globe, from small elementary schools through to some of the world’s most recognized brands; Sign In Solutions is committed to mitigating risk and improving employee experience in workplaces of all sizes.

Jeff Gordon, CEO of Sign In Solutions, said: “When I set out the vision for the next generation of visitor management, it was clear to me that the current offerings on the market did not deliver what the modern workplace demands. The acquisitions over the last twelve months have accelerated our core platform capabilities to continue adding value and supporting what our customers need.”

As part of Sign In Solutions, SCR Tracker, soon to be known as Sign In Central Record, will enhance the safety that can be provided to schools, ensuring that people attending sites have the relevant background checks. While 10to8, which will be rebranded as Sign In Scheduling, will provide advanced scheduling capabilities, enabling the visitor experience to begin long before their visit, reducing no-shows and saving money with fewer missed appointments.

"We are thrilled to welcome our new colleagues from SCR Tracker and 10to8. We were a team of just twenty back in August 2021 and now we are two hundred strong, working from five countries as part of a truly global business. This confirms our commitment to evolving our technology and supporting our customers, including investing in specific sectors such as education and healthcare," said Dan Harding COO of Sign In Solutions.
