Hybrid Sign-In
Hybrid Sign-In combines the convenience of pre-arrival registration with the assurance of onsite verification, giving visitors a faster, smoother check-in experience. Visitors can complete part of the process before arrival and finish on-site by scanning the QR code or using the kiosk. Admins maintain full control over workflows, compliance , and visibility of the sign-in data, regardless of where it was collected. It's the perfect balance of flexibility, security, and efficiency. Location Visibility Panel

Visitors can now upload files during registration, allowing teams to collect required documents upfront and automatically attach them to Compliance tickets when enabled.
Default User Groups for SAML
A default user group can now be assigned for newly provisioned SAML users who don’t match an attribute mapping, ensuring more consistent access and fewer post-provisioning fixes. Learn more

User analytics reports now include NDA Date, Investigation Status, and Investigation Open Date fields, giving teams clearer visibility into eligibility status.

This certification reinforces our commitment to delivering secure, enterprise-grade visitor management by enabling customers to extend OnGuard’s access control policies to every visitor, contractor, and employee sign-in event. Organizations can now efficiently provision and manage access credentials for visitors, and maintain full audit trails—all from within the Sign In Solutions platform.
