We simplified the way you manage core admin settings. Permissions are easier to assign, email templates are straightforward to edit, and preferences are grouped more logically — so new admins get up to speed quickly and seasoned admins make fewer mistakes.

Custom Role Improvements

Sign In Solutions is a LenelS2 OpenAccess Alliance Program (OAAP) certified product, officially validated for integration with the Lenel OnGuard® access control platform.

This certification reinforces our commitment to delivering secure, enterprise-grade visitor management by enabling customers to extend OnGuard’s access control policies to every visitor, contractor, and employee sign-in event. Organizations can now efficiently provision and manage access credentials for visitors, and maintain full audit trails—all from within the Sign In Solutions platform.

Redesigned Experience, Badge & Theme Pages

We cleaned up the admin interface to make configuration faster. Action buttons are consolidated into one menu, a new search bar speeds up navigation, and layouts are simplified — so setting up the sign-in experience feels effortless instead of overwhelming.

Q1 2025

Many customers told us they needed more visibility into who was on-site and better tools to prepare for guests. We started the year by strengthening those foundations with updates that make visitor management clearer, faster, and more reliable.

Our centralized Knowledge Base gives admins a self-serve hub of guides and best practices. Instead of waiting on support, you can find answers and resolve issues on the spot.
