Jeff recently served as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Vector Solutions and was previously the CEO. Vector is a former Providence Equity portfolio company and provider of learning, operational readiness, workforce management, a risk management solution to commercial, education and public sectors. After nearly tripling the size of the business in under three years, that led to the sale of Vector to Golden Capital.
Jeff previously served in executive positions at Syniverse Technologies, Convergys Corporation, Bell Atlantic (now Verizon) and IBM. He has co-authored seven U.S. patents, covering various real-time communications system architecture topics. Jeff has also served on many boards and currently sits on the Advisory Board of Purdue University's School of Electrical and Computer Engineering. He received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University's School of Electrical and Computer Engineering honors program.
Scott Meyer was most recently the President of Xenial Inc., part of the Global Payments Software Company Portfolio. Xenial is a full-service, global provider of technology solutions for the Hospitality Industry. Prior to joining Xenial, Scott spent 3 years with SICOM Systems, a private equity-owned company supporting the QSR industry that was acquired in October of 2018.
Prior to joining the Global Payments team, Scott worked in privately held software companies from 2011 to 2018 as a senior executive, and before that he worked with Xerox Global Services for 13 years beginning in a diverse range of leadership positions running divisions and business units, and then with Mergers and Acquisitions for newly acquired companies leading and integrating them into the corporation. Scott spent the early part of his career on Wall Street as an analyst with CitiGroup and the Bank of New York.
Scott earned a Master's of Business Administration from Villanova University. He graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Finance from The University of Delaware. He lives just outside of Philadelphia, PA with his wife and 4 children.
Kami has a strong background working with private equity entities, most recently serving as the CFO of PSG portfolio company, ShootProof. She has successfully built, organized and managed the finance and accounting operations for several other private equity-backed software companies including Brightspot (acquired by Tailwind Capital) and Invision (acquired by Vista owned Media Ocean).
In addition, Kami has extensive experience working at large public companies. During the radio industry consolidation, she served as VP of Finance for AMFM, which executed 100+ acquisitions and eventually merged with Clear Channel. As SVP of Financial Planning & Analysis for AOL, she was part of the executive team that planned and executed the rollout of the web services strategy, as well as the spin-off from Time Warner to a stand-alone public company.
Ragsdale is a CPA, an active board member for multiple non-profit organizations and has completed six marathons (including Boston). She is the mother of two children and a French Bulldog.
