Data Privacy in the AI Era: Why Governance, Not Just Compliance, Matters Most

One of the most telling data points from the Security Benchmark Report is that 83.09% of respondents said they weren’t struggling to meet regulatory requirements. While at surface level, this can sound like a success story, it’s important to dig deeper.

Most companies are compliant on paper. They have policy documents in place, their staff is trained, and their tools are technically aligned with regulations like GDPR, HIPAA, or ITAR. But what’s often missing is having true operational control.
