We’re bringing Sign In Solutions and Sign In App together under one brand: Sign In App | The Access Intelligence Platform™.
Over the coming months, we’ll transition to one unified Sign In App identity, with one website, one social presence and one brand representing the solutions and expertise we provide to customers around the world.
Sign In Solutions and Sign In App have been one organization for five years. Bringing them together under one name means our brand is now catching up with how we already work: as one team, with a shared platform, vision and focus on our customers.
This shift in branding will not impact the products, services, or ongoing support you rely on from our team.
We remain committed to helping organizations of every size manage access, strengthen security and compliance, and create seamless experiences for the people entering their workplaces.
The same focus on security. The same commitment to compliance. The same people working alongside you. Now, increasingly, under one name.

Why we’re bringing our brands together
Over the years, we’ve brought together businesses with deep expertise in visitor management, compliance, workplace management, identity and security. Each brought something valuable, including relationships with customers who knew and trusted its name.
Along the way, gaining all of these capabilities has left us with a lot of names, websites and different ways of introducing ourselves. You shouldn’t have to keep track of our brands to understand who we are or find what you need.
Bringing our brands together under Sign In App is a step toward making that simpler. We want to make it easier to understand what we offer and how it fits together. It means one identity, one website and one social presence, making it easier for customers to understand who we are, explore the solutions available to them and engage with us.
But this is about more than simplifying our brand.
The way organizations think about access is changing too. Knowing who has entered a building remains critical, but for many of our customers, particularly those operating in complex or highly regulated environments, there is much more to consider.
Who is arriving? Should they have access? Have the right checks and approvals been completed? Are their credentials still valid? What requirements apply at this location? And can you demonstrate that the right process was followed when an auditor or regulator asks?
Our platform has been evolving to help answer those questions.
We call this Access Intelligence: turning interactions across your organization into the insight needed to make better decisions, reduce risk and determine what should happen next. It connects security, compliance and experience across the full lifecycle, from checks before someone arrives to the records and audit trails maintained after they leave.
Bringing our brands together reflects that direction. As our platform becomes more connected, we want the experience of working with us to feel connected too.
One Sign In App brand gives us a stronger foundation to keep investing, innovating and building for what our customers need next - while making it simpler to access the solutions, expertise and support available today.
What isn’t changing
We know a brand transition can raise questions, particularly when the technology involved supports security, compliance and critical workplace processes. So we want to be clear about what isn't changing:
- The way you use our products today. The brand transition itself does not change your existing products, configurations or workflows. You can continue using them as you do today.
- Your support. The same teams will continue to support you, and you can continue to work with your existing contacts unless we tell you otherwise.
- Our commitment to security and compliance. We’ll continue to support the rigorous security, compliance and operational requirements our customers rely on.
- Our ability to support different requirements. From straightforward visitor management to complex, multi-site and highly regulated environments, we’ll continue to provide the level of capability each organization needs.
- Our approach to experience. We’ll keep working to make security and compliance rigorous where they need to be, without creating unnecessary friction for visitors, employees, contractors or the teams managing access. Secure by design. Human by nature.
What you’ll see changing
The transition will happen in phases, so you’ll gradually see the Sign In App name and identity in more of the places where you currently interact with Sign In Solutions.
- One Sign In App brand. Sign In App will become the brand bringing our platform, solutions and expertise together.
- Product names will evolve over time. You’ll continue to see names such as Sign In Compliance (formerly ThreatSwitch), Sign In Enterprise (formerly Traction Guest) and Sign In Workspace (formerly Pronestor) as we bring our platform together under Sign In App. These currently describe different areas of capability within our platform and will evolve over time. We’ll communicate any naming changes clearly and ahead of time. If a future change affects something your organization needs to update, such as URLs, email addresses or other technical configurations, we’ll provide clear guidance before that change takes effect.
- Our communications will transition. The Sign In App identity will become more prominent at events and across our communications. Our social channels will move to the Sign In App name, and emails will increasingly come from Sign In App.
- Our websites will come together. From January 2027, our websites will come together under the Sign In App website, giving you one place to explore our platform, solutions and expertise.
- We’ll communicate anything that requires action. If a change materially affects how you work with us, including contracts, financial arrangements or other important account matters, we’ll contact you directly with the information you need.
Our goal is to make the transition clear and straightforward, while continuing to provide the service and support you expect from us.
One brand, built for what comes next
Bringing Sign In Solutions and Sign In App together under one name is a visible change, but it also gives us a stronger foundation for the future of Access Intelligence.
As our capabilities become more connected, we can help customers move from simply recording what happened to understanding what it means and acting on it with greater confidence.
The level of complexity will be different for every organization. Some need straightforward visitor management. Others need sophisticated workflows across multiple sites, countries and regulatory environments. Our focus is on supporting both, with a platform that can adapt as requirements change while keeping the experience intuitive for the people using it every day.
That is what we're building towards with Access Intelligence: helping organizations stay secure, compliant and ready for what comes next, without adding unnecessary friction.
Rigorous where it matters. Seamless where it should be.
One platform. One brand. Sign In App.
