Acquires SCR Tracker and 10to8, leaders in cloud-based education compliance and appointment scheduling.

St. Petersburg, FL, January 26th, 2023: Sign In Solutions, a global provider of cloud-based visitor management and risk mitigation software, today announced the completion of its fifth and sixth acquisitions in just eighteen months. Backed by PSG, a leading growth equity firm that partners with software and technology-enabled services companies to help accelerate their growth, Sign In Solutions aims to equip organizations with the tools they need to provide a more secure, seamless and confident workplace for everyone.

This announcement comes soon after Sign In Solutions released news of the acquisitions of ThreatSwitch and Pronestor, specialists in cloud-based compliance, approvals and workspace management back in October 2022.

SCR Tracker and 10to8, both founded in the United Kingdom, are among the leaders in cloud-based education compliance, scheduling and appointment management. These strategic acquisitions will complement the company’s core visitor management platforms, Sign In App and Sign In Enterprise, building on their VM 2.0 vision – of the next generation of workplace solutions covering critical areas within the visitor management market.
