Sign In Solutions Welcomes Tammy Daigle as Chief Customer Officer
Daigle will leverage her dynamic background to help the fast-growing global SaaS company achieve its customer-centric vision
St. Petersburg, FL (April 7, 2023) – Sign In Solutions, a global provider of cloud-based visitor management and risk mitigation software, has welcomed Tammy Daigle as Chief Customer Officer. With a diverse background in people operations, customer experience and product strategy, Daigle is an expert in developing and implementing business strategies that help companies and customers exceed their goals.
Daigle joins Sign in Solutions during a critical stage of growth. Launched in 2021 with funding from PSG, the company has made six strategic acquisitions in the U.S., Canada, the U.K. and Denmark within an 18-month period. Through its integrated platform, Sign In Solutions aims to deliver the next generation of workplace technology solutions by equipping organizations with tools to provide a more secure, seamless and confident workplace.
As Chief Customer Officer, Daigle will lead Sign In Solutions’ post-sales operations in alignment with the company’s customer-centric strategic vision. With a focus on customer success, she will lead initiatives that help customers maximize the use of Sign In Solutions software to achieve superior value and results.
Daigle will also lead inclusion and belonging initiatives across Sign In Solutions’ global organization, which today has team members in eight countries. These efforts include launching an internal Diversity Advisory Council that will promote education and awareness, as well as offering training on topics that support an inclusive work environment that values different perspectives.

Daigle originally joined Sign In Solutions as a consultant assisting with program management and leading acquisition integrations before being named Chief Customer Officer in early 2023. She previously worked for Vector Solutions for seven years, where she held a number executive leadership roles in customer experience, human resources and operations. Prior to that she held senior level program management and product management roles with Syniverse, led product management for Convergys and PrimeCo Personal Communications (now Verizon) and was a senior staff member at MCI (now Verizon). She has also served as an independent consultant within the technology and nonprofit sectors throughout her career.

Daigle earned a Masters in Business Administration and Management from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College as well as a bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Maryland.
